It’s been one of our dreams since day one, and we at The Smok’d Hog are very excited to add and introduce our “little sister” bar concept; The Daisy! The best part…..we can now offer a tasty (adult) beverage to pair with our food! We will still be operating as two neighboring spaces, but under one new roof. You can now grab a beer over the counter while you order your food, or nestle up over at our bar and eat as well!
We believe that the feel and style of our new home at the Cookhouse, as well as it’s surrounding spaces at the Headquarters goes seamlessly with our envisioned bar & restaurant concept of thoughtfully crafted BBQ paired with a classic cocktail or delicious beer from The Daisy. In the bar we would like to take our approach seriously, but not be too serious of a bar! The Cookhouse is a great place to hang out and gather among friends, or with your family & little ones. Offerings will cater to groups in the form of punchbowls, sangrias, and oversized communal-style cocktails. We plan on creating fun and classic cocktail menus that won’t go over people’s heads, serving palatable, and enjoyable beers that can cater to all tastes, and even slushies to beat the heat in on those dog days. In the kitchen we will continue to serve the same comforting, and soul-warm- ing BBQ from scratch we’ve been known for, and look forward to seeing people pair it with complimentary offerings from our bar. We will, across the board, strive to use simple, fresh, and local ingredients in both.
